Casey Anthony is planning to make a movie called 'As I Was Told' based on her life, she has revealed to DailyMail.com.

Anthony, 33, was branded the most-hated mother in America from the time of her arrest for the murder of her two-year-old daughter Caylee through the six-week trial in 2011 in Orlando, Florida.

Caylee's skeletal remains were found in a trash bag in December 2008, in woodlands close to the family home.

Anthony was accused of neglecting her daughter and killing her to get out of her parental responsibilities.

She changed her story throughout the police investigation and accused her father George of sexually abusing her in a defense strategy that shocked the nation.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Anthony explained why she is now working on the movie which should be finished next year.

She said: 'I could care less what people think of me. I just feel my truth needs to be out of me. I need to close the book.

'As long as I get my side out so I can rest. I have spent years hearing other sides of what they believe to be true.'

Anthony says she believes her daughter may have drowned by accident but maintains she had no part in her death and does not know for certain who hid Caylee's body in the woodland where she was found.

She said of the movie: 'It will make it clear that I had no part in Caylee's death as far as how she died.'

She added: 'Hopefully one day people will find it in their hearts to believe that I could never do this.

'It will show the tears and the turmoil that I truly went through and the anxiety and hardship after I was released when I actually had time to mourn.

'Regardless of what the media has depicted of me, I am not a monster. I just don't show my sadness. A thing that was taught to me as a young girl.

'I suffer on the inside. I learn to make peace and put on a smile to cover the sadness.

'Through it all, I never once thought of suicide. I am stronger than that..that is a coward's way out, and it is a sign of guilt to me.'

Anthony said the movie will explain she was told to cover up her knowledge that Caylee was dead for a month.

She said she had seen Caylee's lifeless body 'wet as if she had drowned' but the movie 'will show a man saying, 'Live your life as normal, I will take care of it.'

The man Casey refers to cannot be named for legal reasons.

Jurors in her trial were shocked to learn Anthony partied and had a tattoo on her left shoulder blade reading 'Bella Vita', Italian for 'good life' during the first 31 days Caylee was missing.

But Anthony said: ''Yes I drank and carried on like nothing happened. The movie is called 'As I Was told' because I'd done what I was told to do. I had to put on a fake persona throughout those 31 days.

'A normal me is to go to bars. However, I didn't go to many bars, those pictures the media have are from my life before Cays was even born...and while she was still with us.

'How many pictures have they got of me really partying for 31 days? Wow a hot body contest to promote a club, with several pictures of the same night.

'People can spin that around as they like I don't care. I always wanted to get that tattoo so I got it. I've even drawn that on pieces of paper before Caylee was even born.'

Asked if she had planned to go to police and tell them her daughter was dead, Anthony told DailyMail.com: 'I should have taken reign and done what I felt I should have done no matter who it hurt. My life was in others' hands from beginning to the end.'

Anthony said, for the movie, she plans to change the names of many of the people involved in her life for legal reasons.

And while the news of a movie will cause a firestorm with many of her detractors, Anthony claims not to want payment for it.

She said: 'I care nothing about making money from this. A real movie based on my version of true events, from when I was in my teens until my jail experience.

'It would be a low-grade movie. Nothing like Paramount.'

Anthony saw the unnamed filmmakers over Memorial Day weekend close to her home in West Palm Beach, owned by private investigator friend Pat McKenna who worked on her defence case.

Anthony said it begins with her discovering she is pregnant with Caylee: 'The very beginning will have a girl looking at the pregnancy test strip. Many flash backs to parts of my life.

'There will be sex scenes. My character with different men, mainly sexual. It will show partying drinking days leading up to my pregnancy. It is all confusing, then the day I conceive..moving forward with that.'

The movie will be shot in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, where the filmmakers are based.

But Anthony admits the actors will be members of an amateur theater group the filmmakers run.

And she also told DailyMail.com the filmmakers, who have appeared in movies, have never made one before.

Anthony said: 'They say they have helped in some, but never really done one for themselves.

'The actors are not low-grade, but they are not professionals. Not sure why they would want to do it in North Carolina, other than to change the whole scene around.

'It has to have a beach, because a lot of my partying is on the beach.'

She said she has only disagreed with the filmmakers on one aspect of the movie - how Caylee's body is discovered.

Anthony said: 'The only thing that I can't agree with is they wanted the actor playing me to be at the place where Caylee was discovered.

'The girl will be coming out of the woods, so that is like them making it look as if I put her there.

'I told them, 'Hell, no! Not happening.'

'They said they will work around that, then they said the movie can have some fiction to make the movie more interesting, however that is basically making me admit to something that is false.'

'I am still trying to process it all. It could take up to a year to finish. It's all strange, but I feel they are sincere about it.

'It will have me in jail. The way everything that was presented in court will be the way it is played out in the movie.

'It will not show me in court it will just show a verdict read. The humiliation from people around my town. The name calling, me on social media being ridiculed.'

Anthony says she plans to include details about her partying life which have never been revealed before.

She said: 'Many things that no one has ever heard about will be in this movie. That no-one knows about but myself and some close friends.

'One night my friend had dropped me off at the house before I was ever pregnant. I was drunk, this was after a party, I got home, and I slept in the yard. In the grass. I woke up to a neighbor's lawnmower.

'I went around to the water hose and cleared my face, then went inside to my mom saying, 'Good morning, you look like you had a rough night'. I said nothing, went to the shower, where I sat and cried.'

Anthony added: 'I never for once thought that I would go to prison for what happened to Cays because I had faith in the justice system and my attorneys.

'I was planning for my future, I thought after the trial that I would be home free to do as I wanted.

'Never knowing or even thinking that people would not care about what the jury's verdict was, they still crucified me after the fact.'
